 - A typo in the package name

Решение

В файл composer.json в секцию config добавить:

"fxp-asset": {
  "enabled": false
}

В этом же файле убрать секции extra и scripts и добавить секцию repositories:

"repositories": [
  {
    "type": "composer",
    "url": "https://asset-packagist.org"
  }
]

В файле common/config/main.php добавить алиасы:

'aliases' => [
  '@bower' => '@vendor/bower-asset',
  '@npm'   => '@vendor/npm-asset'
]

Рекомендуется удалить composer.lock и vendor

Выполнить:

composer install

composer update
